How do I find my Radian® 3RXT® SafePlus™ (Radian® 3RXT® Safe+®) car seat date of manufacture and serial number?

The car seat manufacture date, model number, model name, and serial number can be found on the manufacturing label. This label is located on the back of the seat or seat bottom. You may need to move the cover to locate the label.
